Winds Calming Down This Evening, Cooler + Mostly Dry End to the Week

Our Wind Advisory will expire at 6p tonight, when the winds finally chillax. Until then, gusts up to 35 mph will have the cool day feel even cooler.

If you hear anything about accumulating snow – that only applies to the Cumberland Plateau. Can’t totally rule out seeing a few sprinkles, or even a few flurries this evening, but no accumulation is expected here.

Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday all have temps fairly close to average. Friday will be the slight exception.

Only rain chances in the next 7 days (besides this evening) will be Friday night when we could see a couple of showers. Rain chances are relatively low (less than 40%), and any rainfall totals would be light – don’t see any need to alter plans.

We’ll quickly return to above-average temperatures at the beginning of next week.
