Low to mid 70s were common today, and it won’t be the last time we see these temperatures this week.
High temps 20°+ above average will continue to be common throughout the week. Very unusual temps for the beginning of February.

Rain/non-severe storm chances return in the afternoon + evening on both Wednesday and Thursday.
Can’t totally rule out a strong storm or two with some gusty winds, but for now – storms are expected to remain below severe limits. We’ll keep an eye on it tho.
The Euro model (below) shows out it thinks Wednesday/Thursday might play out. This is just one run of one model, and specifics will probably change – but probably a halfway decent idea of things.

We should get a break from precip on Friday before additional rain/storm chances return Saturday, continuing into Sunday. Probably not a total washout for the weekend, but some outdoor plans could be in jeopardy. Too far out to get into specifics on timing, but no severe weather is currently expected.
Rainfall totals over the next week or so look to end up in the 1 – 1.5″ range.
Try not to get too comfortable with the Spring-like weather, long-range models are hinting at cooler temps returning at some point next week.
