After a dry stretch, rain chances will return. Very low rain chances exist Wednesday and Thursday (~10%), with “better” chances on Friday and Saturday (40 – 50%). Most likely in the afternoon and evening, more specifics on timing will become clearer in the next couple of days.
We are not included in any severe weather probs as of right now but can’t rule out a strong storm or two.
Rainfall totals thru Sunday afternoon expected to be in the 0.5 – 1″ range, more on the Plateau, less to our west.

Temperatures will be seasonal-ish. Exceptions will be Thursday and Friday with high temps in the mid 90s.

Dewpoints in the mid 60s thru Wednesday will turn into upper 60s/low 70s by Thursday and stick around, making for a muggy weekend.
