Drier Weather Pattern Begins Saturday

The hot weather isn’t going anywhere. High temps in the 90s for at least the next 6 days. Heat index values will continue to be around 100° during this time.

We have one more day of Wattery chances before a pattern shift gives us several days of dry weather.

Although HRRR model thinks most of the activity will be to our east, some of us may get a shower or storm. Heavy rain, lightning and gusty winds possible with any storm – but storms are expected to stay below severe limits.

Tomorrow (Saturday) most of us should be dry. The overwhelming majority of models keep all activity confined to the Plateau leaving us with a dry, yet still hot Saturday. Good news for all outdoor activities + those going to the KC concert.
