Outdoor festivities 🤝 rainiest time of year. Worse, models struggle with timing and placement of these storms. Severe unlikely. Downpours, lightning the hazards. But most of us should be clear most of the time.

Today: most of today and tonight we should be clear. HRRR has storms around lunch, maybe early evening, for some of us. Here’s the model:

Saturday the HRRR has very little rain/storms for us. Green light activities, but check back because these airmasses are volatile and stuff may change. Other models drive random storms through at various times of day.

All SPC severe weather outlooks for the foreseeable future are west of Tennessee.
