Fairly Active Week Ahead.

Nice day today. Warm temperatures will continue throughout the week, but the dry conditions won’t.

Thankfully Monday will only have scattered shower chances. Majority of us will be dry most of the day.

Only a few showers here and there, NBD.

Tuesday and beyond bring “better” rain chances.

Euro model (above) shows on/off rain, maybe a storm or two possible Tuesday AM thru early Wednesday morning.

  • no severe storms are expected at this time
  • no major flooding is expected either

Additional rain chances will come around late Thursday/Friday and continue thru Saturday afternoon.

Rain totals will start to add up toward to end of the week, 2 – 4″ are currently expected thru Saturday.

“Locally higher amounts in thunderstorms will be possible, so some minor flooding may be an issue Friday and Saturday.” – NWS Nashville.

Severe-wise…we currently aren’t outlooked for any severe weather threat, but some strong storms can’t be ruled out later this week. Still way far out there, so a lot will likely change between now and then, but we’ll be watching.
