Sunshine!

Lots of sun today. We’ve hit 73° in my back yard and 75° at BNA. These clear skies and warm temps continue. Tomorrow, the 80’s return.

Beyond Saturday

The blue skies and sun continue through Sunday morning. Clouds begin moving in around lunch and by sundown Sunday night begins our chance for rain and storms.

How much rain?

Very little.

The heaviest rain will go north.

So.. like.. storms?

Probably. NWS said this in their latest AFD about Sunday and Sunday night.

With ingredients in place, some strong to severe storms may be possible with the main threats damaging winds and hail.

NWS-Nashville, Forecast Discussion, talking about Sunday night into Monday

This is not alarming. Severe weather is not currently expected. The Storm Prediction Center thinks the severe threats will be west of us Monday.

Beyond that, there is no clear signal, and no reason to worry.
