Scattered Showers Continue Tonight, Diminish into Tomorrow
Special shoutout to one of our readers, Sarah Szpak-Miller. Thank you to everyone who reads and loves our posts! We have eyes and ears everywhere.
Our dreary day will continue into tonight with on and off showers. Luckily, showers from the remnants of Irma will clear out during the overnight hours into tomorrow morning.
HRRR Loop Now Through 7 AM Tomorrow
Our temps have been on the chillier side today with the high only expected to reach 64°. The current record lowest max temperature for this day is 62°. Why do I bring this up? Well, we actually broke that record yesterday.
Yesterday's high temp was only 65°, breaking the record low high temp of 68° set in 1902. pic.twitter.com/ivnrt6tQNB

One last tidbit for this evening, patchy fog could develop overnight tonight and tomorrow night.
Temps on the Rise by Friday
Summer is not done with us yet. Following our dreary weather pattern we have had will be some much warmer temps than we have seen in a while. Highs Friday through the weekend will be in the mid-80s with our dew point temps returning to a sticky low to mid 60s.
Sunny skies will stick around into the weekend with some slight chances of afternoon showers developing in the latter half of the weekend.
