Cooler Temperatures, No Rain In Sight, Lots of Sunshine

Current Radar

Tonight: Clear Skies – 9 PM 56°

All evening plans are a go tonight. Clear skies. Comfortable and cool temps. May even want a blanket or jacket if you are heading out to see those Friday night lights.

Weekend Outlook: Sunshine For All – Temps in the Upper 60s to Low 70s

Have any outdoor weekend plans? Well, you picked a great weekend to have them. Another fantastic weekend in store for us with temps staying in the much more comfortable 60s to 70s.

High pressure will remain in control through the weekend.

A jacket may be needed for those with any weekend evening plans, temps will be in the low 60s to upper 50s each night.

Don’t forget to set your clocks back one hour on Saturday night (the official change over occurs at 2 AM Sunday morning). Enjoy your extra hour of sleep, the sun setting even earlier and the sun rising early again.

Next Week: Sunshine. Will it Rain?

Next week will start the same way it has for the past couple of weeks, but with a bit more seasonal temperatures (still above our average normal though).

On the rain side, well nothing looks promising. Even if we get a drop through the week, it looks like there won’t be enough to even put a dent in our current drought conditions. NWS Nashville mentions some possibility of showers to end next week, but that will likely only be for those East of I-65.

It’ll rain again someday, hopefully that day will come soon.
