Current Radar
Tonight: Pop-up Shower, Otherwise Comfortable Temperatures – 9PM 80°
Available moisture will be backing off later this evening, allowing most storms to dissipate. A quick shower or two may sneak in, but chances aren’t too high. Temperatures will be comfortable in the 80s for the rest of the night.
Sunday: Limited Moisture, Warmer, Small PM Storm Chance – Wake Up 71° High 92°
Sunday, the atmosphere will be shorted on moisture, so only a small chance of storms exists in the afternoon. Capping will keep most convection from occurring, but any storms that break through the “lid” will continue into the evening.
High temperatures will return to more “seasonal” levels, reaching the lower 90s.
Extended Outlook: Low 90s, Storm Chances Persist
Monday is the best chance in the extended period to see any storms. Instability will be a little greater to start the work week, with a high pressure ridge building into southern Tennessee Tuesday and Wednesday. Low chances for rain will persist and normal 90s high temperatures are expected.
