Sunday – Above Average Temperatures with Plenty of Sunshine! – High: 94°
Sunday will be the definition of a bad hair day.
High pressure will continue to dominate. The winds shift from out of the north to out of the south by Sunday morning. This will really amp things up!
The heat index will be flirting with the triple digit mark.
Still no rain chances in the forecast for Sunday so if you want to host a pool party – make sure Will, David, Kaiti, and I are invited.
Monday – Scattered Showers and Thunderstorms in the Morning – High: 93°
Our rain chances return!
GFS and Euro have showers drifting through our area in the morning hours on Monday. Be careful on that morning commute to work!
Our temperatures will not be affected by the showers moving though. It is still going to feel like 100° in the afternoon.
Extended: A summer cold front will drift through overnight Monday into Tuesday morning. Showers should move through overnight when you are sleeping with clearing on Tuesday. The summer front will have an affect on our temperatures. Check it out – we are falling back into the 80s! The heat index will reach the low 90s on Tuesday. Not bad.
