Current Temps and Radar
Today – Partly Sunny, Chance of Showers – High: 70º
Rain is possible between 2 PM and 8 PM. An upper level disturbance coupled with a weak cold front will sink into Middle Tennessee during the afternoon. Below is a look at the HRRR model at 2 PM.
We will have winds between 5 to 15 MPH, but once the front passes through this afternoon there could be gusts up to 25 MPH. The good news is that we will have partly sunny skies in between showers and high temps in the lower 70’s.
Overnight: After 8 PM we will become partly cloudy and wind speeds will be between 15 to 20 MPH with gusts as high as 30 MPH. After midnight the winds will calm down to 5 – 10 MPH.
Friday – Mostly Sunny – Wake Up: 43º, High: 71º
A strong ridge of high pressure will push in and help to keep us dry, sunny and warm. This will be the trend for the rest of the weekend and into the beginning of next week because the high pressure will set up shop over the Southeastern US… Makes me want to jump for joy!
Overnight will be partly cloudy with a low in the upper 40’s.
Saturday – Sunny & Warm Continues – Wake Up: 49º, High: 77º
Overnight will be partly cloudy with a low temperature in the lower 50’s.
Extended: Mostly Sunny Trend Continues
