Cooling Down Tonight

Current Temps and Radar

Tonight – Cool Temps & Slim Rain Chance

Another not as strong cold front is approaching from the NW.

Models want to bring the rain that has been off to the north all afternoon down to us overnight:

The chance doesn’t look overly impressive…maybe a few showers while you snooze.

Temps will fall to the low 50°s overnight.

Wednesday – Weak Cold Front Stumbles Through – Wake Up: 50°, High: 73°

Rain chance returns Wednesday as more showers try to push their way through with the slow-moving cold front. Clouds return, as well.

The front itself looks to arrive around noon, so the high temp will likely occur before then.

Temps will drop to the 60°s later in the afternoon.

A line of showers/storms tagging along with the front may bring a few showers through in the morning hours, but models have them fizzling out as they arrive. Dry air monster will still be around, so chance is slim.

Best chance for rain and severe weather looks to be well to our SW in north Texas/southern Oklahoma.

Any significant rain for us will arrive tomorrow evening:

The rain will end overnight.

Thursday – Another Cool Day – Wake Up: 47°, High: 63°

High pressure will return Thursday, and it looks like a nice day.

It will be chilly for late April, though! Our normal high temps are in the low 70°s.

Extended: Rain returns Friday, because why would it not?
