Coming Soon: Humidity & Rain

Today Sunny (Eventually) & Dry – High 88

A north wind will keep the humidity at a tolerable level. Sooner or later, the cloud deck will shove off and permit the return of sunshine. When that happens, temps should break into the 80°s.

Tuesday Return Flow – Wake Up 65, High 91

Dry and sunny conditions will allow our temps to return to the 90’s. Overnight, a return flow from the south will carry humidity back into Middle Tennessee. Meanwhile, we’ll be looking toward the NW at an advancing cold front.

Wednesday Humid. Chance Of Thunderstorms Late – Wake Up 71, High 91

Oppressive humidity, combined with temps in the lower 90’s, will make it feel very uncomfortable. Much like last Saturday.

It is too far out to get the exact timing, but at this moment it appears that the leading edge of a cold front pushing a line of showers and thunderstorms will move through overnight into Thursday morning. These storms are not forecast to be severe, but isolated downpours are expected.
