Tonight Cool, Rain Possible Late – 10 PM Temp 50

Tonight’s temps will be 10 to 15 degrees below normal.

It may rain tonight. The RAP model’s composite reflectivity has showers in our area around midnight.

This loop runs from 5 PM Thursday to 2 AM Friday…It shows the rain in Nashville between midnight and 2 AM.

These showers are a direct result of an upper level low pushing into our region. There isn’t much moisture, but the low is bringing enough energy to overcome that and produce these scattered showers.

Friday – Cool – Wake Up 44, High 69

Those temps are no joke… we will remain 10 to 15 degrees lower than our average temps for this time of year. This will continue through the weekend.

Rain chances continue Friday. A lingering upper level low will make its way through Middle Tennessee sometime in the afternoon, producing isolated showers — and maybe even a rumble of thunder. Not much/any rain is expected.

Saturday – Morning Rain – Wake Up 46, High 67

The TechnoFutureSimulatedRadar (NAM), depicting 7 PM Friday to 1 PM Saturday, shows rain moving through Saturday morning.

We will remain mostly cloudy all day into the evening. A slight chance for showers will continue overnight.
