Temp & Rain Probabilities Next 36 Hours (auto-updating)
Monday (Wake Up 66, High 88) & Tuesday (Wake Up 67, High 85) – Scattered Afternoon Showers
Daytime heating Monday and Tuesday afternoons should spark afternoon/early evening storms in Middle TN. We aren’t sure where, but those “chosen” by the storms should expect lightning, gusty winds, and heavy rainfall. Others will see nothing.
A cold front will nudge a line of showers and thunderstorms towards us Tuesday night. A few thunderstorms (not severe) are possible ahead of the front passage, but it looks like most of the rain should — hopefully — hold off until late Tuesday night into Wednesday.
Wednesday – Rainy & Cooler – Wake Up 63, High 74
The final approach, then ultimate passage, of the cold front will restore sensible Spring-like temps; however, a nuisance surface low means morning and afternoon rain Wednesday.
Rain totals for the entire week — most of which will fall Tuesday & Wednesday — look to be under 1″:
Thursday – Clearing & Cool – Wake Up 49, High 67
The cold front itself will have pushed all the clouds out. We clear out, and settle in for a cool, glorious end of the week and weekend.
Friday (Wake Up 46, High 69) & Saturday (Wake Up 49, High 69) – Clear & Awesome
Temps will dive below seasonal norms. Rain isn’t out of the question, but it’s not expected.
