Clouds are moving out. The sun returns at noon, but at the price of bitter cold & wind.

Fierce northerly winds of 15 mph, with gusts up to 25 mph, will cut you in half* if not dressed appropriately.

Southerly winds return, raising temps a bit, bringing in clouds, and increasing our rain chances.

As for rain/sleet/snow, the models differ. One has a lot of rain, but temp profiles above freezing. The other has it cold enough, but not enough precipitation.
