Today – Mostly Clear – High 82

Today’s weather will be beautiful.

Tonight expect 78 before sundown, falling into the low 70s. Clouds will be increasing, but no rain.

Sunday – Cloudy & A Little Rainy – High 77

7a 64 . 10a 71 . 1p 75 . 4p 77 . 7p 72 . 10p 66

A cold front will approach tomorrow. There looks like there will be just enough moisture in the air for a few light showers.

Look at the below Hi-Res NAM weather model. It predicts a solid line of rain will cross the Mississippi River, but by the time it reaches us, it fizzles out significantly (but not completely). Loop Sunday 12 PM to 10 PM:

Other weather models (Euro, WRF, GFS) agree there will be very little rain tomorrow, arriving after noon. Rainfall totals will be small. The Weather Prediction Center (NOAA) issued this meager precip total estimate:

Our NWS predicts about 0.12″ through 7 p.m. No lightning, storms, etc. Just rain.

So, if you’re heading out to the Titans game, bring a rain jacket. We don’t think you’ll need it for the whole game. Sunscreen won’t be necessary.

Monday – Cloudy, Then Light Rain – High 80

7a 61 . 10a 71 . 1p 78 . 4p 79 . 7p 75 . 10p 69

The cold front will sweep through, but temps won’t change much. There will still be a slight chance of a stray shower, but that won’t ruin outdoor plans.
