Tonight – Soaking Rain – High 87

There is a 100% chance of…

Thanks Ollie. You don’t see that often. Better grab all the rain gear if your plans tonight mean leaving the house. Hopefully the lightning/thunder will hold off for all the Friday night lights. Some lighter scattered showers may arrive before the main shield that is expected around 6 PM.

Flooding tonight does not look to be an issue at this time. We have been relatively dry across the region over the past several days. The rain will be received over a period of several hours, decreasing our flood chances dramatically. At least our lawns will be happy! #BrightSide

The rain will still be around in the morning hours. At times it may even be heavy, but clearing that rain out by noon, if not before. The sun will mostly likely make an appearance before the day ends.

Chilly start to the day, then warming up very nicely. The air will be dry for our first official day of Fall. The weather will be nice for tailgating, and watching the Titans beat the Chargers. Those coming in from California this weekend will be jealous of how great the weather will be. Do something outside. Thank me later.
