Gorgeous Saturday; Small Rain Chance Sunday; Storms Possible Monday

Today – High 85

It was a little warmer than we expected, so Will made me wax 2 vehicles as punishment for not getting it right (Editor’s Note:

…now back to the Intern)…. Other than that, it’s been a wonderful day! Weather tonight will be just as great as today if not better, if you like it nice and cool out. At 10 PM we’ll be at 72, but we will drop into the 60s by 11 PM. Party people, rejoice.

Saturday – High 89, Warmer & Sunny

Brisk morning at 62, could be even cooler. Warming up to near 90, but the dew points will still be low and keep us somewhat comfortable. Good day to get some yard work (or shopping) done for dad before Father’s Day. The evening won’t be bad either, but not as nice as the past two evenings.

Father’s Day – High 91, Humidity On The Rise; Rain Chances Return

Back to normal-for-June humidity levels, and a 20% chance for afternoon pop up thunderstorms.  Hopefully, you have no outdoor plans with dad, and you’ll let him take a nap while watching golf or something explode on TV.  Thunderstorm chances increase Sunday night as a weak cold front approaches.

Monday – High 86, Stormy

Another cold front arrives, although this one will be moving slowly. We could see more than one round of rain Monday. Some of the storms could be strong, possibly lasting into the evening.  At least the rain will be another break from the heat of summer.
