Today – Rain Ending
Drunken scattered showers continue pushing into both counties, moving east (watch out for lightning!). NWS thinks we will eventually clear out and have a very nice evening.
Saturday – High 82
Patchy fog in the early morning, so drive slow and take the extra time need to get to your destination safely. Fog will dissipate within a couple hours of the sun coming up. This will make for a beautiful day.
Sunday – High 87 Rain Chances Return
Sorry all you CMA Music Festival goers: scattered showers and thunderstorms have come back into the forecast for Sunday afternoon. NWS forecasts a 30% chance of afternoon showers. Chances increase to 50% Sunday night.
GFS model (American model) Sunday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM. Pop-up afternoon rain/thunderstorms, then rain overnight into Monday morning.
Canadian model Sunday 7 AM – Monday 7 AM. This model gives us a different story. Still predicts those afternoon hit and miss thunderstorms, but has that main event of rain arriving a little but later than the GFS.
Enjoy the weekend, and check back for the latest on the possible Sunday rains.
