Wednesday – Friday
We may see thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon, but right now we don’t think those will be severe.
The high Wednesday is 84, and we’ll make it to 83 Thursday. Friday’s high is only 61 – that’s 22 degrees colder.
Why? While we sleep overnight Thursday into Friday morning, a pretty strong cold front will shove a line of thunderstorms across middle Tennessee. Confidence is low those storms will be severe because they’ll be coming through during the early morning hours, but we expect them to be strong.
Rain should be gone Friday by mid-afternoon, clearing out in time for the walk supporting Boston, which starts in the Franklin square (I prefer “squircle”) at 7pm. Details on the walk:
We expect a little over 1″ of rain overnight Thursday into Friday.
The weekend looks cool and dry. High temps 62 Saturday, 69 Sunday.
