Much Cooler Today with Sunshine.

Today – Cooler! Brrrrr! High: 41°

The cold and dry air mass is settling in after the frontal passage yesterday. Temperatures are much cooler today only reaching the low 40s around our area. Dew points are in the teens throughout the day as northerly winds filter in cooler, drier air.

Clouds to the east will continue to clear out today. A surface high pressure builds into the area keeping us sunny for the next couple of days.

It’ll dip below freezing tonight. However, the National Weather Service in Nashville is done issuing Freeze Warnings — it’s that time of year sub-freezing wee hour temps will start becoming normal.  

Monday – Sunny Waking Up: 25° High: 52°

High pressure continues to move east while temperatures warm up slightly on Monday. It will continue to stay sunny with dew points below 30°.

The surface high will influence our wind flow as it moves east. Winds will shift from the north to out of the south on Monday morning. Winds will stay out of the south through the afternoon hours.

Monday 6 PM

Tuesday – Warming Up. Waking Up: 31° High: 57°

Temperatures continue to stay below freezing when waking up on Tuesday then we will warm up in the upper 50s.

Winds will remain out of the south with high pressure over the area. There will be a few clouds over the area during the afternoon. Still no rain in the forecast.

Extended: Wednesday will be dry with temperatures near 60°.

Thanksgiving: Clouds will increase in the morning and afternoon on Thanksgiving. We are tracking our next rain-maker Thursday into Friday. Models have been trending through the week and show another cold front moving through the area with a line of showers ahead of it. We will keep you updated on timing for Thanksgiving and Black Friday plans.
